Ingredients

  • 1 flank steam
  • Meat tenderizer (use as directed)
  • 2 ounce. sherry
  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. chile or possibly soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Accent
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco

Directions

  1. Marinate 2 to 4 hrs in pan or possibly dish in refrigerator, turning every 1/2 hour. Grill about 20 min on grill. To serve, cut in strips about 1 to 1 1/2 inches wide diagonally. Good served with a salad and crusty bread.
