  • 1 med. green pepper, finely minced
  • 1 sm. red pepper, finely minced
  • 1 med. sweet onion, finely minced
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 2/3 c. vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Shred cabbage. Add in minced peppers and onion; mix. Bring other ingredients to a boil and pour over cabbage. Cold to room temperature and chill for 24 hrs.
