Ingredients
- 6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned (I used nuggets)
- 6 tbsp. soy sauce
- 6 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
- 4 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 sm. green peppers, cut into 8th's
- 2 sm. onions, cut into 8th's
- 2/3 c. water
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce.) cans artichoke hearts, liquid removed and sliced in half
- 16 cherry tomatoes (not which many)
Directions
- Combine and shake in a jar. Pour over chicken. Marinate at least 2 hrs in refrigerator. Combine green pepper, water and onion and microwave on high 3 to 4 min till crisp tender drain. Microwave chicken approximately 4 min on high. Put on kabobs and grill.
