Ingredients
- 4 lbs. sirloin tip
- 1/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Pour over roast and chill overnight. Turn roast over in morning and continue to marinate till time to cook. Baste while cooking. Great on outdoor grill!
