Directions

  1. With meat at room temperature, cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes and add in meat tenderizer. Let set for 1 hour. Don't use salt.
  2. Mash garlic with sugar. Add in other ingredients into large bowl or possibly marinating dish. Add in meat. Let marinate for at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight. Grill approximately 5 - 10 min on each side.
