Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken or possibly 3 lbs. parts
- 1 lg. onion, sliced thin
- 3 cloves garlic (optional)
- 1 tbsp. lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 3 c. soy sauce
- 4 c. white vinegar
Directions
- Cut up chicken. Mix vinegar, soy sauce, onion slices, chopped garlic, lemon pepper, and poultry seasoning. Add in chicken. Marinate for at least 4 hrs at room temperature or possibly in refrigerator overnight.
