    I've tried other marinades for flank steak and they all had their distinct flavor. I found this more flavorful and not strong tasting. The only thing done different was that I marinaded the steak for 48 hours after using a fork to poke holes in the meat. It was tender. My wife has T M J and she could eat it.
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
