Ingredients
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 sm. onion, minced
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Score meat about 1/4 inch deep on each side. Pour marinate over meat and marinate overnight in refrigerator or possibly on counter for at least 4 hrs. Cook meat on grill.
