Ingredients
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Dash of Tabasco
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. grated onion
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 pound top sirloin, cut into cubes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil. Cold. Marinate meat on skewers 1-2 hrs or possibly overnight in refrigerator.
