Ingredients
- 2/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp. sherry or possibly white wine
- 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger or possibly 1 teaspoon grnd
- 1/2 teaspoon MSG (optional)
Directions
- Mix all together and use for beef, pork, chicken, etc. Thread on skewers with vegetables of your choice and grill. Baste with marinade while cooking.
