- 1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. fresh basil, finely minced
Directions
- Sufficient marinade for 1 1/2 pounds of shrimp, chicken or possibly steak. Marinate at least 15 min.
