Ingredients
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 3/4 (or possibly less) c. salad oil
- 1 1/2 pound flank steak
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients but steak. Add in steak and marinate for 24 hrs. Grill or possibly broil steak till desired doneness. Slice thinly on the diagonal. Delicious!
