Ingredients
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. water
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry thyme
- Few dashes bottled warm pepper sauce
- Few dashes black pepper
Directions
- Line a bowl with plastic bag. Combine ingredients. Pour over fish, close bag and marinate 2 to 4 hrs turning bag to distribute.
