Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- Dash of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine and simmer for 5 min. Let cold and add in uncooked chicken that has been cut into 2 inch pcs. Marinate 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Put chicken on skewers along with pcs of any of the following: onion, green pepper, cherry tomatoes, pineapple, fresh mushrooms, squash and whatever you like. Cook about 20 min on grill. Brush with reserved marinade. Serve over cooked rice.
