Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. Wishbone Italian oil dressing
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Brush on 4 or possibly 5 lb. brisket on both sides. Wrap in foil. Chill overnight. Leave in foil and bake at 275 degrees for 4 or possibly 5 hrs, or possibly till tender.
