Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1Â 1/4 c. finely crushed wise mini
- Â Â pretzels
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 can eagle brand sweet- (14 ounce.)
- Â Â ened condensed lowfat milk (not evaporated lowfat milk)
- 1/3 c. realime lime juice from con-
- Â Â centrate
- 2 Tbsp. tequila (to 3 tbs)
- 2 Tbsp. triple sec or possibly other orange-
- Â Â flavored liqueur
- 1 c. borden whipping (1/2 pt.)
- Â Â cream whipped
- Â Â additional whipped cream &
- Â Â pretzels for garnish
Directions
- In a small saucepan, heat margarine; stir in pretzel crumbs and sugar. Mix well. Press crumbs on bottom and up sides of buttered 9-inch pie plate; chill. In a large bowl, combine EAGLE Brand, REALIME, tequila and triple sec; blend well. Mix in whipped cream. Turn into prepared crust. Freeze or possibly refrigeratetill hard (4 hrs in freezer or possibly 2 hrs in refrigerator*). Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and pretzels if you like. Chill or possibly freeze leftovers.
