- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Quick oats uncooked
- 1/2 c. Walnuts minced
- 1/4 c. Shortening
- 1 x Egg
- 3/4 c. Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Mix all together well. Drop by tsp. 2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-12 min.
