Ingredients
- 1 c. maple syrup
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. butternuts (or possibly walnuts)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Boil sugar, cream, and butter till soft ball stage is reached. Add in nuts and vanilla. Beat till ready to pour into buttered tins.
