Ingredients
- 2 lb Boneless pork loin roast
- 2/3 c. Maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- Â Â Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Stir together maple syrup, mustard vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Spread proportionately over pork roast and place in a shallow pan. Roast pork in a 350-degree oven till internal temperature measured with a meat thermometer, reaches 160 degrees, about 45 min to 1 1/4 hrs. Remove from oven and let rest 10 min before slicing to serve.
