Ingredients
- 4 c. Maple syrup
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 c. Minced butternuts or possibly walnuts
Directions
- Boil maple syrup and butter till it reaches 236 to 238 degrees on a candy thermometer (soft ball stage). Stir often. Cold till lukewarm (110 degrees). Stir till thick and creamy. Add in nuts. Pour into a buttered pan and cut into squares.
