Ingredients

  • 4 c. mango-passion fruit sparkling juice blend - (to 6) chilled
  • 4 scoop mango sorbet - (abt 3 c. total) (or possibly vanilla ice cream)

Directions

  1. Pour 1 to 1 1/2 c. chilled mango-passion fruit sparkling juice blend into each of four tall glasses (12- to 16-oz capacity; fill about 3/4 full). Add in a scoop of mango sorbet or possibly vanilla ice cream to each serving. Add in more sparkling juice if necessary to fill glasses.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
