- 1 lg. mango, peeled, diced
- 3 T red onion, chopped
- 3 T diced green pepper
- 3 T diced red pepper
- 1 1/2 T white wine vinegar
- 1 T minced fresh cilantro
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 lg. avocado, diced
Directions
- mix all ingredients except avocado in large bowl. Add in avocado to salsa and stir gently to put together. Salt and pepper to taste.
