Mango and Shallot Thanksgiving Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 large mangoes cut into bite sized cubes or a bag of frozen and defrosted mango
  • 3 large shallots thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbs of brown mustard seeds
  • Mixed salad greens
  • 2 Tbs of Mango Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 Tbs of Arbequina olive oil. (I used California Olive Ranch)
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped pistachios
  • salt to taste
  • 1 dried red chili
  • 2 Tbs olive oil for sauteeing
