Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar in a mixer. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. Add in baking pwdr and vanilla. Add in flour slowly. Dough may get thick. Stir in nuts and raisins.
  2. On a greased cookie sheet, make 2 loaves of dough and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Take out baked loaves and slice into 1 inch pcs. Separate pcs and put back in oven for 5 min to get crisp.
  3. (This is my mother Lillian Ednas's recipe.)
