Ingredients
- 1 (18 1/2 ounce.) white cake mix
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin orange slices & juice
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix for 2 min. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. Let cold.
- For frosting mix Cold Whip, pineapple, vanilla pudding mix and 1/2 c. coconut. Spread over cake. Sprinkle remaining coconut on top.
