Ingredients
- 1 1/2 head lettuce
- 2 c. minced celery
- 3 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 6 whole green onions, minced
- 3 sm. cans mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 3/4 c. toasted almonds
Directions
- Wash lettuce; break into bite sized pcs. Combine all ingredients and chill.
- Dressing: Mix all dressing ingredients, except oil. Whisk in oil. Toss dressing with salad just before serving.
