Ingredients
- 1 c. mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 3 green onions, minced (stems & all)
- 1/2 c. pecan chips
- 1/2 head Romaine lettuce, coarsely minced
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, coarsely minced
- 3 tbsp. sugar
Directions
- Mix lettuce, oranges, and onions together. Cook pecan chips and sugar; stir till sugar dissolves. Set aside to mix with lettuce till right before serving. Serve with Dressing: 2 1/2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. parsley, minced 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 teaspoon grnd pepper
- Mix well and toss with salad.
