Directions

  1. Combine cake mix, Large eggs, oil and mandarin oranges with juice till well blended. Pour into three greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Combine remaining ingredients for frosting. Frost between layers of cake, top, and sides. Chill cake. Best if served several hrs (or possibly more) after cake is prepared.
