Ingredients

2 Mild Italian sausages
3 shallots, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 potato, peeled and quartered
4 garlic cloves, chopped
15 ounces crushed tomatoes
¼ cup tomato paste.
4 cups beef stock
1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon mixed Italian seasoning
1 sprig of Taragon
1 sprig Rosemary
10 ounces of red wine
