Malt O Meal Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten 3/4 c. lowfat milk 1 1/4 c. sifted flour 1/2 c. sugar

4 T oil 3/4 c. Malt O Meal cereal 1 T baking pwdr 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Stir till flour is moistened. Bake 20 min at 400 degrees. Makes 12 muffins. They freeze real well.
