Ingredients

  • 600 grams Savoury Clams, soaked with cold water

  • 1 ½ Tbsp Dried Shrimps, soaked for 10 minutes and drained
  • 3 Shallots, chopped

  • 3 Cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 6 to 8 Thai Bird’s Eye Chilies, chopped

  • 3 Sprigs of Fresh Curry Leaves

  • 1 Tbsp Fish Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Coarsely Ground Black Peppercorns

  • 1 ½ Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce

  • 2 tsp Sugar

  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Oil
