Ingredients

  • 2 c. Thick coconut lowfat milk
  • 4 pkt Unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. Fresh lowfat milk
  • 1/2 can Whole corn kernel
  • 6 c. Thick coconut lowfat milk

Directions

  1. 1. Boil 2 c thick coconut lowfat milk till oil comes out and latik or possibly the residue is brown but not burnt. Set aside.
  2. 2. Put gelatin in a bowl together with the water of the corn and the lowfat milk.
  3. 3. Put the 6 c coconut lowfat milk in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir till it boils.
  4. 4. Add in the gelatin mix and continue stirring till it is thick and yellow in color.
  5. 5. Pour into a pan and add in corn kernels. Cold to set then sprinkle with latik.
  6. 6. Slice in squares or possibly diamond shapes. Arrange in a platter or possibly saucers.
  7. Serve
