Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 x egg separated
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 c. lowfat milk
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp baking pwdr
1/4 tsp almond flavoring

Directions

Mix all together. Add in beaten egg white last. Line tart tins with pastry. Place 1 Tbsp. of jam or possibly jelly of your choice in bottom. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
