Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (14 ounce.) Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 9x13 inch baking pan, heat butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs over butter, mix together and press into pan. Pour condensed lowfat milk proportionately over crumbs. Top proportionately with chocolate chips, walnuts, and coconut. Press down firmly. Bake 25 to 30 min till lightly browned. Cold thoroughly before cutting. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
