Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk (not evaporated lowfat milk)
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce.) can flaked coconut (1 1/3 c.)
- 1 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass dish). In 13 x 9 inch baking pan, heat butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs over butter; mix together and press into pan. Pour sweetened lowfat milk proportionately over crumbs. Top proportionately with remaining ingredients; press down firmly. Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold thoroughly before cutting. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
