Ingredients

  • 7 x Or possibly 8 c. Fruits SUCH AS papaya, pineapple -- Strawberries, Cherries, apples, oranges, Or possibly pineapple, papaya, Cherries -- blueberries, Strawberries, honeydew, etc
  • 5 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar -- sifted
  • 3 Tbsp. Kirsch
  • 3 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
  • 3 Tbsp. Cognac At least three different --

Directions

  1. Cut fruits in a suitable variety of shapes, such as dice, wedges, balls, disks, or possibly whatever. Gently combine in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and again combine gently. Refrigeratethoroughly. Just before serving fruit, mix liquers and pout over the melange.
