  • 6 baked 3" tart shells
  • 1 c. Cold Whip
  • 1/2 c. cookie crumbs
  • Mandarin orange segments
  • 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (3 ounce) pkg. Jello Golden brown Egg Custard mix

Directions

  1. Prepare custard with lowfat milk following directions on package. Pour into medium size bowl. Set aside in pan of ice water to speed cooling. Stir several times till real cold. Mix in Cool Whip and cookie crumbs. Spoon into tart shells. Refrigerate several hrs before serving. Garnish with mandarin orange slices. Makes 6 tarts.
