Ingredients
- 1 (7 or possibly 8 ounce.) shell macaroni
- 1 can shrimp
- 1 c. pineapple, diced
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. sweet pickle, diced
- 2 tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 tbsp. pimiento, diced
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
- Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water (10 min). Drain and blanch with cool water; drain. Combine all ingredients and toss. Chill till ready to serve. 4 to 6 servings.
