Ingredients

  • 8 ounce. Food Club elbow or possibly shell macaroni, cooked & liquid removed
  • 1 (5 ounce.) can shrimp or possibly 1 c. cooked fresh shrimp
  • 1 c. stuffed olives, minced
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 2 c. celery, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 tomatoes, peeled & minced
  • 1 c. American or possibly Swiss cheese, cut in sm. pcs
  • 1/2 c. Food Club Mayo

Directions

  1. Combine all the above ingredients and toss lightly. Cover a large platter with crisp lettuce, arrange with salad on it and garnish with radishes or possibly olives. Refrigerateapproximately 1 hour before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
