Ingredients
- 6 x -8 c. cooked macaroni
- 3 x jumbo Large eggs
- 1/2 stk butter
- 1 tsp Shilling coarse black pepper
- 2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix lowfat milk, 3 Large eggs and pepper in a bowl. Beat till well blended. Spray 9 X 13" oven proof dish with Pam. Put a layer of macaroni in dish, cut up 1/2 of butter in small pcs and lay on top. Make a sparse layer of shredded cheese. Pour 1/2 of lowfat milk mix over all. Repeat layers and lowfat milk mix, ending with shredded cheese on top. Bake for approximately 45 min till top is nicely browned and bubbly.
