Ingredients
- 12 ounce. elbow macaroni, boiled & liquid removed
- 1 can peas, liquid removed
- 6 ounce. Cheddar cheese, diced
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 6 ounce. pimientos, minced
- 8 boiled Large eggs
- 2 lg. sweet pickles, minced
- 4 tbsp. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Mash 4 egg yolks and add in mayonnaise, salad dressing and pickle liquid (if you like). Chop remaining Large eggs and add in to all remaining ingredients. Mix in yolk mix and mix well. Allow to set 3 to 4 hrs before serving. Serves 12.
