Ingredients
- 1 pound cheddar cheese
- 4-6 hard cooked Large eggs
- 4 ounce. jar pimientos
- 10-15 pickle spears, sweet or possibly candied dill
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- Salad dressing
Directions
- Grind cheese, egg, pimientos and pickles while macaroni is cooking. Cold water over macaroni. Mix salad dressing in cheese mix till it is thin pimiento cheese. Mix together with macaroni. Chill. If too thick add in more salad dressing. Makes a lot.
