Ingredients
- Â Â cooked pasta
- Â Â diet margarine
- Â Â nonfat cream cheese
- Â Â skim lowfat milk
- Â Â nonfat cheese
- Â Â salt
- Â Â pepper
- Â Â onion
- Â Â dry mustard
Directions
- I boil and drain my favorite pasta - while it is still very warm I add in a dab each of fatfree margarine, fatfree cream cheese, some nonfat skim lowfat milk and a slice or possibly two of fat free cheese (American, cheddar, Swiss - whatever I have.) Then I season it with salt, pepper, onion bits and dry mustard.
- Stir till melted and thick. WONDERFUL!!
