Ingredients
- 2 c. Elbow macaroni
- 1 c. Multi-coloured macaroni
- 1/4 c. Grated mozzarella
- 1/4 c. Grated sharp cheddar
- 1/4 c. Grated smoked Gouda
- 1/4 c. Grated Swiss cheese (feel free to substitute your favourite cheeses!)
- 3 lrg Large eggs
- 1 c. Homogenized lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 4 Tbsp. Minced Italian parsley
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. Breadcrumbs
- 1 dsh Crushed white pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- Cook and drain the pasta. Pour the pasta into a large mixing bowl. Add in the cheese and mix these ingredients together.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and then pour the cheese and pasta mix into the pan. Beat the Large eggs, lowfat milk, seasoning and parsley together. Pour this mix over the pasta and then sprinkle the top with the Parmesan, breadcrumbs and pepper.
- Bake for approximately 45 min. Garnish with minced parsley and serve with Parmesan on the side.
- Serves 8.
