Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 7 ounce. elbow macaroni

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni in a pot of boiling salted water.
  2. When it tender, drain the macaroni and set aside.
  3. In the pot you cooked the pasta in, add in butter, lowfat milk, and cheese.
  4. Cook over low heat till creamy.
  5. Stir in pasta.
