Ingredients
- 1 env. plain gelatin
- 1/4 - 1/2 c. cool water
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 pound can salmon or possibly 1-2 cans tuna
- 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced green peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Sliced hard boiled Large eggs, cucumbers & lemons for garnish
Directions
- Soften gelatin in cool water and dissolve over warm water. Add in all ingredients and mix lightly (fish should be in large chunks). Pour into oiled mold and chill. Unmold and garnish with sliced hard boiled Large eggs, sliced cucumbers and lemons.
- I make this on summer days when I want something light and cold for supper!
