Maas Brothers Florentine Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. warm water 1 pkg. spinach, minced, (10 ounce.) 1 c. mayonnaise

1 c. cottage cheese, large curd 1/4 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. celery, minced 1 tbsp. onion, minced

Directions

1. Dissolve Jello in warm water. Refrigeratetill partially set. Add in thawed raw spinach, mayonnaise, cottage cheese, vinegar, celery and onion. Pour into a dish and chill till set.
