Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Margarine softened
- 3/4 c. Peanut butter
- 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. Light brown sugar
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1Â 2/3 c. All purpose flour
- 3/4 c. Quick-cooking oats
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 12 ounce M&m's semi-sweet choc. candy
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. In large mixing bowl, cream margarine, peanut butter and sugars. Add in Large eggs and vanilla and beat till light and fluffy.
- Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add in to creamed mix. Stir in M&M Semi-sweet chocolate candies till proportionately blended.
- Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 - 12 min till lightly browned. Cold 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire cooling racks. Store in tightly covered container.
