Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1/4 c. Onion, minced
- 3 c. Carrots, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 dsh Black Pepper
Directions
- Heat the margarine in a saucepan. Add in the onion, carrots, thyme, sygar, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 min, till carrots are tender, turning occasionally. Serve warm.
