Directions
- Saute/fry onion in vinegar. Add in can of artichokes and liquid. Make sure the pcs are bite-sized.
- Add in flour and stir while cooking for approxiately 5 min. Skim lowfat milk can be added to thin mix.
- Add in the minced tomatoes, and basil and cook for another 10-15 min.
- Serve over spinach noodles.
