  • lychee, blend coarsely
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 10g agar agar powder
  • 2 sticks lemon grass, about 3 inches long and bashed
  • 1 tbsp fresh milk
  • 2 fish moulds
  • 32 pieces black currant
